MPS Conference to Offer Research, Best Practices
A new three-day conference devoted to managed print services is being planned to provide a mix of industry research, case studies, and advice for writing contracts when it opens in San Antonio next April.
Sponsored by The Photizo Group, a consulting and research firm that specializes in the imaging market, the show will include three tracks: controlling and optimizing the fleet with managed print services, enhancing business processes with managed print services; and managed print services for SMBs.
Among the presentations will be results from Photizo’s studies of demand trends for MPS. According to early data released by the company, the MPS market in North America and Western Europe could triple over the next four years to a combined total of $26.7 billion. In addition, while the segment made up 14 percent of the imaging market in 2007, Photizo is forecasting that percent will increase to 35 percent by 2012.
As conference details are finalized information is expected to appear on the analyst's Web site.
