Solution Providers Give Xerox Top Ranking
In VARBusiness magazine’s latest “Annual Report Card” rankings for workgroup color printers, Xerox Corp. scored two big awards for workgroup color printers: Overall Winner and Company of the Year.
The annual survey of more than 5,000 solution providers bases scores on vendor satisfaction ratings for product quality and innovation, partner programs, and support. Xerox earned top honors for product innovation and support in the workgroup-color category in an August ceremony held during the XChange '08 Conference for channel professionals in Dallas.
"The results [reflect] the level of commitment vendors have to the channel and to their solution provider partners,” says Robert C. DeMarzo, senior vice president and editorial director, Everything Channel editorial.
Earlier this year, Xerox's the Phaser 8560MFP, which uses solid-ink technology, received a "BERTL's Best" award as the "Best Office/Small Workgroup Ink-Based MFP."
